The Endeavor Foundation for the Arts Academic Scholarship has been established to provide a means for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered students, either just entering college or returning to college, the means with which to finance their continued education.

General Requirements

Freshman Students

  1. Identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered or have parents who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered.
  2. Be enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution.
  3. Maintained a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 in high school.
  4. Working towards a degree in an accredited institution of higher education with a proven concentration in the arts or humanities.
  5. Must be registered for and earn either full-time credit (12 + credited hours per week) or part time credit (6 + credited hours per week) each semester for the fall and spring.

Returning Applicants

  1. Identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered or have parents who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered.
  2. Must have completed 12 college credit hours or more.
  3. Must show an improved cumulative GPA of 2.60 or higher.
  4. Working towards a degree in an accredited institution of higher education with a proven concentration in the arts or humanities.
  5. Must be registered for and earn either full-time credit (12 + credited hours per week) or part time credit (6 + credited hours per week) each semester for the fall and spring.
